Different experimental projects were taking place in a rural town called Noreña, located in northern Spain. These designs aim to show, in a small space, all the complexity of it due to the different factors that surround it due to its characteristic urban tissue and specific building typology. We studied the site in its previous state and the concepts that surround it. In order to extract these ideas, we used an abstract model of the behavior of light throughout the whole day. Hence, we did three projects with three different scales of performance within different physical models. Thus, we put together the successful parts in a fourth design, which we developed to a greater extent, with a division of cars and pedestrians’ disposition in underground parking and a public space aboveground. Focusing on this part, we implement some materials, so by the play of concrete, glass, and wood as classic elements, mixed with nature, we obtain a variety of spaces outside.
